The plan includes shoreline stabilization, repair of an existing retaining wall, installation of a slurry wall, backyard regrading, rip‑rap repair and an added pier access ramp.
Commissioners asked questions about the proposal but raised no substantive objections; Hugh Lee moved that the Commission has no opposition to the proposal as presented and asked the applicant to lower the grade near a tree to reduce impacts. Shawn Joyce seconded the motion, which the minutes record as approved unanimously.
The applicants previously hosted a site walk with RCC members. Any required variances were listed in the materials provided to the commission; the minutes note the applicable buffer variance cited as "190‑3.1.H(2)(a)(f): 100' tidal buffer." The commission asked the applicant to incorporate the tree‑protection suggestion when finalizing site plans.
