Quincy police report graffiti uptick; council to consider reward for tips

He clarified that if people see graffiti in progress they should call 911 so officers can respond immediately; nonemergency reports of past graffiti should go through the nonemergency line.
The mayor said he had discussed the issue with the city attorney and that by the next council meeting staff will present a resolution to authorize a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
