The Seward County Board of Commissioners on June 9 adopted Resolution No. 3933 authorizing the execution of a Project Program Agreement with the Nebraska Department of Transportation for NDOT Project NH-80-8(110), Seward–Pleasant Dale (CN 12598).
The motion to adopt the resolution was moved by Member Raegan Hain and seconded by Member Darrell Zabrocki; the board recorded affirmative votes from Hain, Zabrocki, Scott Pekarek and Chairperson Misty Ahmic. The resolution authorizes the board chairperson to execute the agreement and the county clerk to attest the execution.
The resolution text states the county must follow all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, policies and guidelines associated with funding and the project. The board attached the resolution as Exhibit “E” to the Project Program Agreement and directed county staff to proceed with execution as authorized.
