County opens contractor proposals for owner-occupied housing rehab, schedules interviews

Commissioners agreed to take the proposals under advisement and directed staff to schedule interviews with proposers.
Staff said they will score homeowner applications alongside proposal evaluations and expect to notify awarded homeowners within the next couple of weeks. The board did not award a contract during the meeting.
