Residents question Vanguard reappraisal as county attorney reviews contract

Reed from Vanguard joined by phone to answer questions about contract language. The minutes indicate no contract was signed at the meeting; Attorney Swensen stated review was ongoing before any signature or submittal.
The minutes also note Swensen will work on updating the written agreement between ACED and the county following recent conversations with supervisors and state auditors.
