Board retains officers, approves minutes and tables two petitions in unanimous votes

Vice‑Chair Kreg Homoky moved to retain the current officers; the motion passed 5‑0, leaving Stuart Allen as Chairman, Kreg Homoky as Vice‑Chairman and Ron Jackson as Secretary. The board also approved the Dec. 4, 2025 minutes and accepted the meeting agenda, each by a 5‑0 vote.
On old business, Petition 25‑12 (Zachary Tillman), concerning an existing 3‑foot wood fence in the front yard, was tabled because Mr. Tillman was not present; City Attorney Heather McCarthy said she would provide an update after Mr. Tillman's upcoming court appearance. The board also tabled Petition 25‑17 (Tara Piontek), a requested use variance for a food truck, at the petitioner's request. Both tabling motions were carried 5‑0.
With these procedural items complete, the board opened a public hearing on a new business item (Petition 26‑01) and later approved that petition with conditions. The meeting adjourned at 6:05 p.m.
