A resident asked whether the dam replacement project would lower Lake George; Mayor Huddlestun and Ms. Clemens said the Little Calumet River Basin team is conducting modeling and that no design has been finalized, and that the project design will include measures to avoid lowering the lake below a certain point. The resident also asked about bridge drawings for the Wisconsin Street project; City Engineer Alex Metz said drawings are available in his office and noted the design includes sidewalks across the bridge span.
No formal council action resulted from these public comments; staff directed residents to the appropriate offices for additional information.
