The council also adopted Ordinance 2151 on its second reading, finalizing a previously proposed increase in trash collection rates. The ordinance was approved by roll call with no recorded dissent.
Council members approved a revision to the food‑truck application policy that applies to vendors setting up on city‑owned property. As stated during discussion, the change covers permitting and site access for food trucks on municipal property; the motion passed by roll call.
The consent agenda — including a motion to pay all bills with proper signatures — passed without separate discussion. With no further business, the council adjourned.
