Lancaster County commissioners on June 9 approved Resolution R-26-0039 directing the County Engineer to conduct a study and Planning and Development Services to prepare a report regarding vacating portions of a public road right-of-way and alley described in Exhibit A.
John Berry, Chief Deputy County Surveyor, said the resolution continues work from the prior week, described the area proposed for vacation and explained reasons for the request. The board approved the resolution unanimously.
The study will produce a technical assessment and a Planning and Development report to inform any future formal vacation action by the board.
