Council approves Hunter Terrace site plan for parking-lot expansion

Ross Altobelli, Director of Development Services, presented a site plan for a parking-lot expansion associated with an existing automobile dealership at the southeast corner of North Center Street and East Evans Street. The applicant plans a concrete lot for vehicle storage, additional landscaping and rear screening where the site abuts a residential neighborhood. The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval and council adopted the resolution approving the site plan by unanimous vote.
The resolution authorizes the site improvements described in the plan; staff indicated the applicant agreed to provide extra screening to address adjacent residential concerns.
