Council approves stormwater change order, security camera contract and confirms several appointments

The council also confirmed Sharon Rice to the Planning & Zoning Board and reappointed Dr. Audrey Crumbley and Alderwoman Denishian Hosa to the Allied Arts Board by roll call votes recorded on the record.
