City manager says GBH library presence was mischaracterized; no free full-time lease reported

Councilors accepted the manager’s clarification and filed the communication. Council members expressed interest in further information about how library space is made available to community partners and asked the manager to report back if a formal arrangement is proposed.
The council did not authorize any lease or transfer of library space to GBH during the meeting.
