Conference committee approves HB 24-91 to fund disaster relief in first senatorial district

Representative Ralph N. Yumo moved to adopt HB 24-91 HS1 SD1 and asked that the Legislative Attorney prepare a conference report; the motion was seconded and carried. All three House conferees and all three Senate conferees recorded affirmative votes.
Committee members indicated they would retain the Senate SD1 language for HB 24-91, consistent with the approach taken on the prior item, and directed the Legislative Attorney to prepare the conference committee report for both chambers.
The committee moved on to the last item of new business after adopting HB 24-91; no substantive amendments were recorded in the committee’s action on the measure during this session.
