Coco Muse wins Loveland Business Enhancement Award; Chris Rose sworn in as city mechanic

Council presented the 2026 Loveland Business Enhancement Awards and recognized both The Coco Muse and "The Ties." A nomination read by the mayor praised The Coco Muse for enhancing the West Loveland business corridor and contributing to local economic activity and community character.
A representative identified as Jessica accepted the award and thanked the council: "This means a ton to me... I'm so grateful for this city," she said.
Later in the meeting city staff introduced and swore in Chris Rose as a mechanic/maintenance worker. During the oath Rose said he would "support the Constitution... and will faithfully discharge the duties of mechanic/maintenance worker upon which I'm about to enter." He told the council he has worked for the city about seven years and looks forward to keeping city vehicles and equipment running; council said his prior role and responsibilities would be backfilled.
