At its Feb. 12 meeting the Rye Conservation Commission voted to unseal previously sealed nonpublic minutes from Feb. 13, 2025 through Nov. 13, 2025 so the town could respond to a Right-to-Know request from Tom King.
Secretary/Clerk Hugh Lee moved to unseal the minutes; the motion was seconded by Vice-Chair Mike Garvan. The recorded vote was 6 in favor, 0 opposed and 1 abstention (Karen Oliver).
The Commission did not provide additional comment in the public minutes about the content of those nonpublic sessions; the unsealing was recorded to permit the town to comply with the open-records request.
