Each renewal was approved by recorded motion and vote during the hearing; votes were recorded 4–0 for the motions while Chairman Kevin D. Quinlan was not yet present.
The hearing was opened and read into the record by Vice Chairman Charles M. McGee, who also closed the public hearing after no public comments were offered.
