The Three Lakes School District board opened its meeting by filling board offices and appointing delegates. With nominations closed, the board voted to elect Stacy Klein as vice president; the chair announced the result and reported Stacy abstained while the motion carried. The board then elected Josh Prell as clerk and Mitch Ellis as treasurer; both votes were announced as approved.
The board also named Alicia Williams as the district’s CISA delegate and selected Mitch Ellis as the alternate. The chair closed nominations and called for voice votes for both positions, which were recorded as carried.
The officer elections were handled as a group of procedural votes early in the agenda; no debate or formal challenges were recorded. The board moved on to regular business after congratulating the newly elected officers.
