AAC approves minutes, defers budget review and youth-commissioner swearing-in, forms future ad hoc signage committee

At the meeting the Airport Advisory Commission approved the Oct. 21, 2024 minutes after a motion and second. The chair moved approval and Commissioner Butler seconded; the clerk called the vote and announced the minutes were passed.
The commission agreed to defer the budget (item 4.1) to the next meeting so members could review it. The swearing-in of the youth commissioner (item 3.2) was likewise postponed to the next meeting.
The commission discussed forming an ad hoc terminal- and signage committee to make recommendations about pilot-lounge wayfinding, exterior restroom signage and noise-abatement signage; members volunteered and the item will be placed on a future agenda for formal formation.
A motion to adjourn passed and the meeting was adjourned.
