The board discussed the amounts and the minutes from the prior meeting before voting. The Chair called for a motion, a board member moved to approve the fees “as stated in the proposed ordinance,” and the motion was seconded. The board approved the motion by voice vote, completing the public hearing requirements and adjourning the hearing portion of the meeting.
