Members discussed milestone-based payment structures (benchmarked deliverables rather than open-ended hours) and the superintendent said the final product would include a report and quarterly status updates, with a final deliverable due in 2027. The motion to give the superintendent authority to put the scope out to bid and utilize the earmarked funds passed by voice/roll call.
