Staff previews Bartlett’s packed summer events calendar, urges signup for notifications

Staff also explained communications channels: the Bartlett Connect app (opt-in notifications and PDF push for Android and Apple), the "Trending Now" biweekly newsletter, and a broker/business email outreach list. Commissioners suggested sending event notices to businesses and the Chamber; staff agreed and said they would coordinate summer marketing and reminders.
Why it matters: staff said consolidated outreach across app, social media and email will help vendors, restaurants and retailers capture local event-driven foot traffic. Staff asked commissioners to reshare posts and to encourage businesses to opt in to communications.
