Village launches online available-sites viewer (Zoom Prospector) on Bartlett website

Village economic-development staff demonstrated a new available-sites feature on the Bartlett website that links to the state’s Zoom Prospector application and is intended to make property and demographic information easier for brokers and prospective businesses to access. Tony demonstrated site pages that show photos, square-footage, broker contact, zoning and drive-time demographic tools.
Staff said the village can update listings directly and that the state integration increases visibility for local properties. Tony noted features that allow users to switch between radius and drive-time analyses, compare Bartlett to peer communities and export demographic snapshots useful for site-selection work.
Commissioners pointed out mobile-menu issues and broken legacy links; staff acknowledged the problems and said they would address them. Tony also described regular broker blasts (about 350 brokers) used to drive traffic to the listing pages and said the village will continue to update the site as properties fill or are removed.
Why it matters: staff said the integration puts Bartlett in front of a wider audience of brokers and site selectors and provides up-to-date property information for recruitment and marketing. Staff will present updates periodically.
