• Embreeville Park augmented-reality bid — Motion by Mr. Houghton to award the bid to True Interactive LLC (Murrysville, PA) for $85,000; second by Mr. Hines. Motion carried 3-0.
• Ordinance #26-03 (Cable franchise adoption) — Motion by Mr. Houghton to adopt Ordinance #26-03 authorizing a cable franchise agreement with Comcast of Southeast Pennsylvania, LLC; second by Mr. Hines. Motion carried 2-1 (Mr. Hines voted no).
• Authorization to execute franchise agreement — Motion by Mr. Houghton to authorize the Township Manager to execute the Cable Franchise Agreement with Comcast of Southeast Pennsylvania, LLC; second by Mr. Hines. Motion carried 3-0.
• Appointment — Motion by Mr. Hines to appoint Floyd Dorazio to the Historical Commission through December 31, 2026; second by Mr. Houghton. Motion carried 3-0.
• Subdivision #25-03 — The board acknowledged receipt of a 90-day extension for Subdivision #25-03 (2065 West Strasburg Road); announcement by Mr. Houghton.
• Adjournment — Mr. Houghton moved to adjourn at 7:26 p.m.; Mr. Hines seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
