The facility will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week and will permit customers to bring alcoholic beverages consistent with Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission rules; staff flagged a precedent (a similar BYOB operation approved in 2024 on Central Expressway) and reported no police concerns to date.
