At its June 4 meeting Pelham City Council unanimously approved two resolutions discussed after the public hearing.
Resolution 2026-060405 authorized an agreement with Grama Mar Environmental for demolition work on a property on Chandelar Court that was destroyed by fire. A motion to approve was made and the resolution passed unanimously.
The council also approved Resolution 2026-060506 to accept negotiated bid pricing from ICS Incorporated and amend the FY26 budget for replacement of the Pelham City Civic Complex and Ice Arena main switchboard. That resolution likewise passed unanimously.
The meeting record shows motions and the council calling for those in favor to say "aye," but the transcript does not include a roll-call tally for the final votes. Both measures were recorded as passing without opposition.
