The magistrate found a violation of section 22-135A, ordered compliance by the date stated in the order and set a daily fine of $200 for continued noncompliance. Administrative costs for the matter were affirmed in the magistrate’s oral ruling.
The magistrate continued AM Solutions 1 LLC (CE2605127) after the town said online advertising (Zillow) and postings exist but the evidence was insufficient to confirm an active rental; the case was reset for a violation hearing on July 14 so additional evidence can be gathered.
Several other matters were continued with the town’s agreement, including CE26-3 (FF Lokachobee LLC) and CE2605129 (Arena Dora LLC), both reset to July 14 with stipulated service or ongoing coordination noted in the record.
Jonathan Wish (CE260482), an RV setback case at 14735 Flamingo Drive, came into compliance after the deadline but after 12 days of noncompliance. The magistrate assessed a $1,800 fine (12 days × $150/day) and administrative costs for the May and June hearings.
