The Zoning Board of Adjustment continued a special-exception hearing on May 6 for Map 1 Lot 091-7, the property at 5 Endicott Lane, at the property owner’s request. Debbie Soucy, the board secretary, informed members that the proposed location of the inground pool will change and that the applicant requested the continuance to the June meeting.
Chair Kevin Hastings moved to continue the hearing; Dale Blaine seconded the motion, which passed 5-0. The board recorded the continued hearing for the next public meeting on June 3, 2026. No substantive testimony or final decision on the special exception under Article IV Section 3:2E (inground pool) was taken at this session.
Board members were advised to place the continued item on the June agenda; the minutes note that the applicant will present an updated location for the pool at that time.
