Finance Director Pleski confirmed the additional amount will be added to the general fund operating appropriation and that NOPEC funds, not general fund dollars, will pay for the increase.
Committee action: The amendment and emergency clause were approved by both the Community Development and Finance committees so that the awarded projects can proceed promptly.
