A commissioner asked whether the town should require evidence of a Chapter 91 license before issuing its own permissions; staff replied that orders of conditions already require applicants to have necessary permits but that minor regulation edits need not first be reviewed by town counsel. The commission approved the regulation language and the schedule for the hearing.
The hearing will follow completion of a 21‑day legal posting period; staff said any further edits discovered after the hearing can be incorporated before final adoption.
