Adam Abraham said OHM Advisors is continuing work on Burke Park concepts and will present at the Downtown Development Authority meeting next Wednesday.
Abraham also reviewed the timeline for the 2027 Master Plan, telling commissioners the plan is due to the DNR by Feb. 1 and must be approved by City Council, include at least a 30‑day public review period and culminate in a final resolution of acceptance by Council. He encouraged commissioners to begin gathering inventories and other input now and noted that early input should include surveys and focus groups rather than relying solely on traditional meetings.
