Members raised a typographical/clarifying correction to leave language on pages 33–34 that distinguishes non-exempt and exempt employees’ use of leave in hourly or partial-day increments. Staff confirmed the textual corrections would be made and the motion to adopt the resolution was amended accordingly.
The council adopted Resolution 2026-03 by roll call vote. The clerk/treasurer will publish the approved handbook to the council and relevant staff and distribute copies as appropriate.
Council members also added two student appointments to the Environmental Sustainability Commission as agenda items and approved the appointments for Aubrey Foresight and Finn Duffy.
