SolarApp+ demo delayed; commission opts to keep Climate Action Plan implementation work internal

Commissioners discussed how to prioritize focus areas and suggested assigning a University of Minnesota (UMN) student project to review city code and recommend changes to remove barriers to energy-efficient multi-family buildings.
No formal vote was taken on the implementation approach at this meeting; commissioners asked staff to continue testing SolarApp+ and to develop options for internal implementation work and possible student involvement.
