Fort Worth adopts first Master Transportation Plan to guide multimodal projects

City Transportation & Public Works staff described the plan as performance-based with a capital program and implementation guidance intended to aid budgeting and bond prioritization. Council members congratulated staff for producing a document intended to move projects from concept to construction.
