The board approved that award. Separately, the board approved a jointly bid seal‑coat pavement preservation contract to Suit Corporation (low bidder at $1.99/yd); the township’s portion will not exceed the previously budgeted $79,000. The board also approved a state grant‑funded sidewalk contract for West Sixth Street (Empire Snow Management, $141,700), noting the grant requires no local match.
