The North Ogden City Council approved an administrative renumbering of two previously adopted ordinances related to the Hidden Hills rezoning and the project's development agreement during its June 9 meeting.
City staff notified the council that ordinance 2026-06 (the Hidden Hills rezoning at 1155 East 2750 North) and ordinance 2026-07 (the corresponding development agreement) had been assigned the wrong ordinance numbers on the earlier agenda. City recorder Ryan Santoro told the council, “So, I just made a clerical error y'all on last week's agenda,” and asked the body to approve renumbering 2026-06 to 2026-13 and 2026-07 to 2026-14. Santoro said the change is limited to numbering and that “nothing in the ordinance will be changed.”
Council member Neighbor moved to approve the renumbering; Council member Pulver seconded. The council approved the request by voice vote; the transcript records the motion carrying but does not record individual roll-call tallies. The minutes will reflect the new ordinance numbers, and staff indicated no substantive text in either ordinance was altered.
Because this was characterized by staff as a clerical correction, no additional hearings or amendments were proposed at the meeting.
The city clerk will update formal records and the published ordinance list to show ordinance 2026-13 as the Hidden Hills rezoning and ordinance 2026-14 as the related development agreement.
