Randolph County approves $259,282 purchase of replacement ambulance

Hicks said the new unit will come off the assembly line this week and should be in service within about a month.
Commissioner Kidd moved to approve the purchase and associated budget amendment; the motion passed by voice vote.
Next steps: County finance and emergency services staff will finalize procurement and place the replacement unit into service when it arrives.
