Mrs. Lamb moved the motion and Mr. Kidney seconded. The motion passed and the board resolved to hold the closed session at High School North Executive Session meeting room, 1245 Old Freehold Road, Toms River, New Jersey, for the purpose of discussing the board member vacancy, interview process and other matters allowable under the Open Public Meetings Act.
The board completed roll call for the executive session and proceeded to close the public portion as required by law.
