Board members volunteered assignments. One committee member said, "I'll identify them and make contact," volunteering to compile the candidate list and contact information. Another offered to adapt existing templates so community members and partners could send tailored messages. The board assigned Isaac to assist with planning the educational forum and outreach logistics.
The board discussed using community events and partners to boost turnout for candidate events.
