Staff noted the village recently expanded the fleet from three to four trucks and that adding this vehicle will improve maintenance schedules and fleet life. Trustees discussed naming the truck and the idea of a public naming contest, and approved the purchase.
The purchase will be included in the appropriate future borrowing/financing schedule as part of the 2026–27 CIP.
