Chairman Lowell Fry summarized that the practical effect is to base “a minor plan … on the size of the project rather than the size of the lot.” Steve Gergley of Harbor Engineering expressed appreciation for the change and recommended approval. The board closed the hearing and approved the ordinance; the motion to adopt Ordinance 2026-2 was made by Randy Fox, seconded by Mark Erb, and carried unanimously.
