A staff member said the corrected resolutions would be prepared promptly and the board set a special Zoom meeting for Thursday at 5:00 p.m. to consider the revised items before the Board of Finance meets. The clerk/staff noted a 24-hour notice requirement for a meeting and recommended a 5:00 p.m. start so the board could act before the Board of Finance’s scheduled meeting.
