Residents contest coroner's finding in Brian Bostik death; council reads county's report

The manner of death is deemed an accident." The mayor said a complete medical examiner's report will be available at a future date.

Commenters disputed the coroner's conclusions and asked why an "unknown substance" referenced in the report had not been tested, and why officers' names have not been released. One speaker alleged video shows officers pulling the victim off the floor and placing him in a patrol car "dead when he got back in the police car," and demanded public release of names and evidence.
