Township approves Motor Technology agreements, accepts resignation and appoints planning alternate

At its June 9 meeting the board approved several routine but substantive items: staff presented standard development and stormwater maintenance agreements for Motor Technology’s building addition at 515 Willow Springs Lane; the board moved, seconded and approved those agreements.
The supervisors accepted the resignation of Tyler Crach from the Northeastern New York County Sewer Authority after staff confirmed he moved out of state. The board noted two interested applicants for the vacancy; one (Lane Gross) was nominated to fill an unexpired term and the board voted to appoint him to the planning/zoning board to serve through December 31, 2026.
Separately, the board voted to request that the intermunicipal informational meeting with the sewer authority be postponed from June 22 to July, and asked that the authority provide additional capital-improvement documentation and, if possible, a representative attend the July 14 supervisors meeting to answer questions. The board also voted to pay all bills and then recessed into executive session for personnel matters.
