The La Paz County Board of Supervisors voted June 1 to rezone a property at 45301 Saddlehorn Road (APN 306‑11‑019) from Rural Agricultural (RA) to Regional Commercial (C2) for proposed storage buildings. Community Development staff reported no public objections and said the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended unanimous approval on May 7.
The property owner was not present. Staff noted a pending 207 waiver, and the board conditioned its approval on receiving that document. A supervisor moved, another seconded, and the motion carried unanimously.
Tiffany Wyckoff of Community Development provided the staff report and told the board the rezone formalizes the property’s longstanding commercial use.
