"The contract has gone up about $2,000 a year," the presenter said, adding that the county narrowed the product set to what staff use.
Supervisor Benally moved to approve the Microsoft contract; Supervisor Whiting seconded the motion and the board approved it by voice vote. Earlier in the meeting the board approved the consent agenda on a motion from Supervisor Whiting with a second from Supervisor Benally. The chair called the voice votes and declared both measures passed.
