Villa Park trustees approve appointments, consent agenda and routine bills

Consent agenda and finance: The board approved the consent agenda items (9A–9G), which included approval of meeting minutes, three weeks of bill listings announced on the record (amounts reported by the clerk), an MOU with the International Association of Firefighters Local 2392 regarding probationary-member circumstances, vendor proposals for HVAC and plumbing improvements at Village facilities, and an ordinance granting a special-use permit for animal boarding/shelter at 31 West St. Charles (9G).
