Debbie Parnes, representing Family Orthodontics, said two signs had been replaced in the last several years—one above the door and a panel on the monument sign—and that she had not realized a separate submission was required for the monument panel. Board members reviewed the linear‑frontage sizing method and concluded the wall sign area, as calculated with the frontage estimate, complied with the code; they asked Parnes to drop off exact linear‑foot measurements for the township file and to present any future vinyl window covering proposals.
Board members said the monument sign panel should be confirmed by the property owner; the township will contact the owner to request that the owner appear before the board to ensure the ground sign meets setback and size requirements. Parnes said she plans to return with a vinyl window covering proposal for interior signage and marketing, and the board reminded her that window signage is limited to 20% of a window area.
The board moved and approved DRB 2026-30 (wall sign and monument panel); the motion carried by voice vote.
