He also noted that the Massachusetts School Building Authority conducted a facilities survey the district can use to inform future capital projects, and highlighted state guidance on school interactions with ICE that central office staff will tailor for district use. On policy work, Dr. Peron said the district will coordinate with the Hampshire Regional policy subcommittee to ensure elementary-level manuals receive appropriate updates, and that an AI policy could come through this board as a first and second read next year.
