At 5:21 p.m. Mayor Kurt Ward moved that the council enter executive session to discuss negotiations to purchase, dispose of or lease property (Georgia Code §50-14-3(b)(1)(B)), personnel matters (Georgia Code §50-14-3(b)(2)) and attorney-client privileged legal matters (Georgia Code §50-14-2(1)). Councilmember Tom Logan seconded the motion and it carried unanimously with Councilmember James Murphy participating by phone.
At 5:37 p.m. Mayor Ward moved to exit executive session; Councilmember Logan seconded and the motion carried unanimously. Immediately thereafter Mayor Ward moved to adjourn the meeting; Councilmember Logan seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The minutes do not disclose any votes, directions, or decisions taken during executive session.
