At the May 11, 2026 meeting of the Town of Braselton Mayor and Council, Councilmember Richard Harper moved to reappoint Billy Edwards to the Gainesville-Hall Metropolitan Planning Organization Citizen Advisory Committee for a three-year term beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2029; Councilmember Becky Richardson seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
Councilmembers also approved two appointments to the Town’s Urban Redevelopment Agency. Councilmember Becky Richardson requested the appointment of Stephanie Braselton and Councilmember Tom Logan requested the appointment of Justin Jeffcoat.
